WebXR operator client for Wheeled Elo — Cloudflare Realtime → Zapbox / Quest.

# 1. Start a local test publisher

/publisher

Grabs your webcam and pushes it to Cloudflare Realtime. Copy the viewer URL it prints.

# 2. Open the viewer URL on the headset (or another tab)

/viewer?session=SESSION_ID&track=robot-camera&stereo=mono

Flip stereo=sbs once the publisher sends side-by-side stereo.

The publisher page is a local test rig, to be replaced by the robot-side broadcaster.
